The pump is disassembled, all parts scheduled for reuse are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Reassembly includes the renewal of the front and rear body bushings, gear bushings, shaft sleeve, gaskets, keys and shaft lock nut. All gasket surfaces and threads are thoroughly cleaned and checked.
