About Us

Midwest Locomotive Services, Inc is a family owned and operated company in Atwater, Minnesota. We opened in 1983 and are a  supplier of EMD engine and locomotive parts. We also provide reconditioning and repair services.

Over the last 40 years, the rail industry has trusted us in providing just that. Along with our products, we provide repair and return services of EMD engine components for many Class I, Class II, and Class III railroads across the United States.

In the development of products to eliminate leaks, our hose kits have proven to be effective in reducing on-line failures and provide a cleaner, safer engine room environment.
